ECLIPSE Training Courses
What makes ECLIPSE training unique is how we bring together lived experience of family violence with extensive sector experience.
ECLIPSE trainings ignite mindset change through the specialist lens of lived experience. They support the development of workforce capability of those who engage with people and whānau experiencing family violence, as well as extended family and communities. ECLIPSE will help you to identify dynamics of family violence and respond safely to those impacted.
All ECLIPSE training:

Integrates lived experience with family violence sectoral experience and knowledge.

Aligns with Te Aorerekura (National Family and Sexual Violence Elimination Strategy) and the Entry to Expert Family Violence Capability Framework from the Executive Board for the Elimination of Family and Sexual Violence.

Increases understanding of coercive control and its impact on whānau.

Supports the development of resistance and empathy-based responsiveness to family violence.

Builds workforce capability in professional practice with family violence.

Reduces unconscious judgement and bias in practice.

Enhances empathy, understanding, and genuine connection for those experiencing family violence.
Entry to Expert (E2E) Capability Framework - Essential Level Programme
ECLIPSE is proud to be the only training provider in Aotearoa New Zealand that has been deemed to include all Essential level E2E capabilities across our workshops.
We are able to offer all 13 modules and 109 capabilities across 5 x 6-hour workshop's and 5 x 2-hour e-learning diversity courses. To complete the Essential level programme you will be required to complete the following courses
