I Breathe, Therefore I am, to Uphold the Treaty!

Jacques Puriri-Kaitapu, a mokopuna o my Tupuna.

Ngāti Kahungunu and Rongomaiwahine.

A descendant of Ngāti Poporo hapu.

From the sacred waters of Te Awa o Te Tapu.

And my mountain, Whakapunaki

Takitimu is my ancestral waka.

As a mokopuna, daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, partner, niece and friend, I live and breathe Te Tiriti o Waitangi every day of my life.

My journey has led me to serve 40+ years for my Māori people and with non-Māori communities within government and non-government organisations. I practice Ho-Hou I Te Rongo (Māori Indigenous Restorative Practices / Restorative Justice Facilitation / Te Pae Oranga Facilitation) with a primary focus on Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles in practice, Family Violence/Family Harm and Peacebuilding working alongside Whanau, Marae, Hapu, Iwi-Urban Authorities, non-Māori provider groups and practitioners.

Mauri AIO!

(Breath of Timeless Energy)
