ECLIPSEs Complex Case Management Consultation - An opportunity to consult with specialists
Service Description
ECLIPSEs Complex Case Consultation has evolved through the ongoing request by practitioners and multi-agency groups to discuss complex and high-risk cases. In order to give these cases, the time and resource they deserve, we are now formally offering this specialist service offering. No one person can solve the social crisis that is family violence in Aotearoa New Zealand, but collectively we can share knowledge and seek alternative resolution. Kaimahi, practitioners and responders can select the ECLIPSE specialist they feel most aligns with their complex needs and/or risk-based situation and simply book into their calendar. Service offerings are: Complex Case Consultation Service offerings: Child Focused Risk – Dr Braden Clark – Braden Clark | ECLIPSE Systemic Abuse and Risk – Jacki Rowles Jacki Rowles | ECLIPSE Cultural Competency and whānau Māori - Rose Herewini Rose Ngareta Herewini | ECLIPSE Victim Focused Risk – Debbs Murray – Debbs Murray | ECLIPSE By utilising the Complex Case Consultation Service you'll: - Be introduced to ECLIPSE specialists in your area of targeted need - Be able to present, process and seek reduction of risk - Receive a framework to assist in future high risk and complex needs cases - Use ECLIPSES lived experience informed concepts to analyse risk and strategise safety 1. Multi-Faceted Entrapment Lens © – exploring the three key areas of risk – Relational, Systemic and Structural 2. Practitioner-Victim Insight Concept – Coercive Control Practice Guidelines and Tools © - exploring the unseen tactics of coercive control to support amore informed whānau centred approach 3. C2/R3 – Comment, Context (C2) Reframe, Resistance and Reality (R3) 4. RRRR - Relate, Recognise, Respond, Refer 5. 5WH - Who, What, Why, When, Where and How of Risk Analysis All information provided to you in these Complex Case Management Consultation services are backed up and supported by ECLIPSEs specialist workshops that can further support your professional development journey.
