Like many, Paula once believed that family violence was primarily physical in nature. Through personal experience, she came to understand that emotional abuse can be just as impactful and is part of the same spectrum. This realisation has shaped her perspective and deepened her compassion for others navigating similar experiences.

She feels both humbled and privileged to contribute to the transformative growth of Eclipse Family Violence Services as an essential educational service, supporting individuals, families, and communities.

Paula also works with and is deeply passionate about leadership.  She designs and delivers programmes empowering our youth, and adults, to develop the confidence, self-awareness, and leadership skills needed to lead themselves well. She believes that when individuals are empowered in this way, they are better equipped to positively influence and uplift those around them. Her work is grounded in the belief that strong, values-based leadership can help build more connected, respectful, and positive communities.
