A tool designed to help assess the risk of abuse of older people has been developed by the University of Auckland’s Dr Kathy Peri.

When analysing risk and strategising safety in family violence, we have to explore all aspects of risk and barriers (internal and external) that restrict connection and engagement with services and support, and the possible reasons behind responses.
